By determining customer needs correctly and offering the most suitable solutions for these needs within the framework of mutual trust and cooperation with its customers, Voyel makes the best use of today's technology;

• 2D and/or 3D data of the product subject to the offer is requested from the customer, and in cases where there is no part data, the mold specification including the part sample and other technical issues is requested. In cases where there is no mold specification, the technical specifications of the mold are determined in line with the customer's needs.

• After examining the mold specification, if there is a part data and/or sample, the preliminary design work is carried out for the mold.

• If there is no mold specification or if there are issues that are not specified in the specification and may be critical for the mold, additional technical information and confirmation is requested from the customer.

• According to the preliminary design result, the mold proposal containing details such as material amount, workmanship and delivery time, material to be used, printing life, other features of the mold is sent to the customer.
